Our Mission Statement

Landcare commits to its clients and crew, consistent, comprehensive and creative work, through a conscientious, confident and caring process.

K.C. Fisher founded Landcare while earning a degree in finance at the University of South Florida. He has more than 30 years of experience as a general contractor and 25 years as a licensed pest control operator and horticulturist. K.C. has now developed the company from a one-man operation to complete property services firm with more than 40 employees.

The most important aspect in Landcare's Business plan is to be a company large enough to handle any size client, but small enough to keep the relationships that matter to our clients and staff.

Landcare provides creative leadership to coordinate the creation and care of all the elements that make a property functional as well as aesthetically pleasing. Our overall goal is to go home at the end of the day feeling that our work counts and our clients are satisfied.
